We're looking for an experienced Tile Installer who takes pride in precision, reliability, and creating beautiful finished spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, and large-format tile.
- Prepare substrates including waterproofing, leveling, and underlayment installation.
- Install shower systems, backsplashes, floors, walls, and custom tile features.
- Perform layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and caulking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining VKB Homes' quality standards.
- Assist Carpenters in all aspects of the Remodel.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional tile installation experience preferred.
- Experience with Schluter systems, HydroBlok systems and modern waterproofing methods.
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate layouts.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
